Directions from I-5
Take Interstate 5 to the Lake Oswego/217 exit if coming from the north and Lake Oswego if coming from the south. The correct exit is preceded by the “Haines St.” exit if you are driving south toward Salem. From the south driving north toward Portland pass the Carmen Dr. exit and the overpass to “217 “ and take the next exit to Lake Oswego. If coming from north Portland or Vancouver do not take the exit marked “Lake Oswego” which appears shortly after crossing the Willamette River as you will enter Lake Oswego on the wrong end of town.
Once you exit I-5, from either north or south turn left. You will be on a four lane divided road called, “Kruse Way.” Drive through the intersection of Kruse Way and Carman Dr. and look for a parking lot entrance on the right (about forty yards). Once in the parking lot, follow “Directions from the Parking Lot,” below.
Directions from 217
217 continues across the top of I-5 becoming a four lane divided road, Kruse Way. Drive through the intersection of Kruse Way and Carman Dr. and look for an entrance on the right (about forty yards). Park and follow “Directions from the Parking Lot,” below.
Directions from Boones Ferry Road
Kruse Way dead ends on Boones Ferry road. If driving toward the north (as if you were coming from Tualatin), turn left on to Kruse Way. If driving toward the south (as if you were coming from Portland) turn right on to Kruse Way. Drive through one stop light. The next stop light is the intersection of Kruse Way and Carman Dr. and you will turn left at that light. In about twenty yards, turn left again into a parking lot. Park and follow “Directions from the Parking Lot” listed below.
Directions from the Parking Lot
Each building has a number on it. However, the numbers are right above the doorways so they cannot be seen until you are just about to walk into the building. Walk to one of the two buildings. If it is not marked 4550 above the door way, go to the other building. Once you have entered 4550, take the elevator to the second floor and exit to the right. Suite 225 is the first suite on the right past the water fountain. The door opens on to a waiting area. There is no receptionist. I will meet you if you have already received a copy of my intake form. If you have not received a copy of the form, one will be attached to a blue clipboard sitting on the small chest of drawers in the waiting area and you can begin filling it out.
Beverages
I do not supply beverages but you are welcome to bring coffee, tea, soda or any nonalcoholic beverage with you to our sessions.
